 IT minister K.T. Rama Rao admitted that the government could have done a better job of fixing Hyderabad’s roads in the last four years.  When Ali Ansari asked, “What are your plans for river Musi and the old city where all the heritage is?” the minister replied, “You will see them presented and work to start soon.”

When one Harsha Bopuri tweeted that T-Hub is not so clear about its support to young entrepreneurs, Mr Rao said that he would work on the suggestion. He pointed out that they are working on Warangal airport and starting new IT companies in Warangal and Nizamabad. He added that the Budwel IT cluster is waiting for the last clearance from the state Cabinet.

Prashanth asked, “Is there any chances to implement IT corridors nearby Infosys Pocharam,” Mr Rao wrote, “Coming out with Look East Policy (LEAP) soon.” When asked for his take on recent externment events, Mr Rama Rao was quick to point out, “No compromise when it comes to maintaining law & order.” Regarding IIIT in Karimnagar, the minister is working with MP B. Vinod, while he also noted that the Government of India is not keen on reopening CCI ADB.

When a user wanted to cut a cake on his birthday, Mr Rama Rao said, “Just plant a tree if you can. No cakes or posters on my Birthday.”
