Congress star campaigner is only campaigner or contestant?

After almost four years inactive of politics, actress-turned politician Vijayashanti back to politics as star campaigner for Congress in Telangana Assembly elections. Congress not mentioned her name in the first and second list of candidates. Now the doubt risen that, Is she contesting in the elections or not?. At first she stated that she won't contest in the upcoming Assembly elections. After that she hinted about may contesting from Medak or Kukatpally constituency.

Now she cleared to media that " I am a star campaigner. If I contest, my focus will be on my constituency alone. I can concentrate on as many constituencies as possible if I don't contest. This is why I didn't seek ticket from the party leadership".

In 2014 elections, Vijayashanti lost from Medak Assembly constituency. She thinks instead of contesting in elections ,bagging Rajya Sabha seat or cabinet berth is better if Mahakutami forms government .
